Façade Systems

Semi Unitised Curtain Wall Glazing System
A semi-unitised curtain wall is a hybrid glass façade system combining shop-fabricated and field-assembled elements. Major vertical mullions are pre-installed at floor slabs and the horizontal glazing frames (and glass panels) are later attached on site. This approach offers design flexibility and partial prefabrication – typical in mid- to high-rise commercial buildings – while still delivering a sleek, continuous glass exterior.

Conventional Curtain Wall Glazing System
Conventional (stick) curtain walls are site-built aluminum-framed facades assembled piece-by-piece. They use vertical mullions and horizontal transoms combined with pressure plates and cover caps to clamp in insulation glass. This traditional system supports large insulated glazing units and allows for straight or inclined walls. Conventional curtain walls are common on office and institutional buildings where moderate-sized glass panels are installed and mechanically fastened on site.

Spider Glazing System
Spider glazing is a structural glass façade system that mounts large glass panes using point-fixings (“spider” bolts or clamps) instead of full frames. The result is a virtually frameless, transparent exterior maximizing daylight and views. Such systems use stainless-steel spider fittings at glass corners (often on toughened insulating glass) to create open-air aesthetics. Spider-glazed façades are typically used on atriums, lobbies or modern skyscrapers as striking, high-end architectural statements.

ACP Cladding System
An ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) cladding system covers a building’s exterior with lightweight sandwich panels made of colored or coated aluminum sheets bonded to a core. These high-strength panels provide a smooth, uniform finish and excellent durability for façades. ACP cladding offers extensive design flexibility (in colors, forms or perforations) and is widely used on commercial and public buildings for modern, high-tech looks.

HPL Cladding System
High-pressure laminate (HPL) cladding uses tough, resin-saturated laminate panels bonded over substrate boards. These panels, available in woodgrain, stone or solid-color finishes, cure under high pressure into rigid, weather-resistant sheets. HPL systems deliver vivid surface aesthetics and durability. They are commonly applied as decorative rainscreen cladding on contemporary office or retail façades where a low-maintenance yet attractive finish is required.

Tile Cladding System
Tile cladding systems mount ceramic, porcelain or thin-brick tile panels onto an exterior substructure, forming a ventilated rainscreen. The wall panels deliver robust weather protection and thermal benefits with minimal moisture ingress. Tiles come in various sizes, colors and textures, providing architects with durable, fire-resistant façades. Stone Cladding System
Stone cladding involves anchoring natural stone panels (e.g. granite, marble or limestone) to building exteriors. Metal Cladding System
Metal cladding uses rigid metal sheets or panels (such as aluminum, steel or zinc) on exterior walls. Panels may be flat or profiled (corrugated, folded or perforated) and are fastened to sub-girts on the structure. This system provides a durable, non-combustible skin and can be painted or anodized for any color. Aluminum Feature System
Aluminum feature systems consist of specialty aluminum elements added to façades as accents or sun-control devices.
